The Kinks

The Kinks were an English rock band formed in 1964 by brothers Ray and Dave Davies. Known for their distinctive blend of rock, pop and British music hall influences, they produced a string of hits from the mid-1960s onward. Songs like ‘You Really Got Me’, ‘Lola’, ‘Sunny Afternoon’ and ‘Waterloo Sunset’ showcase their sharp songwriting and catchy riffs, which translate nicely to the ukulele.
